The cular inlay
The term cular refers to the casing in which the minced meat is seasoned and seasoned with salt, paprika and spices, and corresponds to the final section of the pig's large intestine. This casing can have a thickness that varies between 45 and 70 millimeters and that makes the sausage dry very slowly and achieve its own characteristic and very rich flavor. Being a sausage of greater caliber than the others, it is logical that it receives a healing process that is also different. In the final result you can also see the difference, since pieces ranging from 800 to 1,500 grams are obtained. The piece that we offer you in wine2box is half a sausage of 1,400 grams.
