Vineyard located in the Valladolid municipalities of Valbuena and Pesquera de Duero within the Jaramiel stream valley, between 850 and 900 meters above sea level. The vines are located on slopes with east-west orientations and lines directed from north to south.

Terrain of a sedimentary nature, of the clay-calcareous type with abundant outcrops of thick materials that limit production and reinforce the character of its wines.
5,000 kilograms hectare.
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Passage to wood of the wine in branch (without filtration or clarification). It remains in French oak barrels 80% (Allier, Nevers and Tronçais) and American 20% (Missouri). Wood renewed at 20% per year. Aged in barrels for about 13 months.
Before bottling, it is only subjected to a clarification with egg white and a very light pre-filtration.
