PSI 2020 the fresh and fruity wine of Peter Sisseck

PSI is Peter Sisseck's most recent project in Ribera del Duero, with which it seeks to offer a more fresh and fruity wine profile, that is, without the concentration that characterizes its coveted Flor de Pingus and Pingus. It is a wine closer to fruit juice, especially red fruit, of strawberries and raspberries, but also of blueberries. A juicy wine, intense in the mouth, with spicy and very subtle aging notes, delicious and refreshing.

PSI is made with grapes from winegrowers with whom the winery maintains close collaboration agreements, with balanced vineyards, planted in glass on soils of different composition and with an average age of more than 30 years. The maceration takes place in cement tanks, to get the maximum aromas from the fruit; and the aging, in cement tanks, in large oak vats and in new barrels.
