SIERRAS DE MALAGA / Romé and Grenache
Code: 233659

Sedella is the expression of a climate, a landscape, a land, a people, a vintage and an environment.

Sedella is an Andalusian red wine, made from the Romé and Garnacha grape varieties. This wine is, there is more to an organic wine, it is a Malaga wine.

Sedella elaborates from strains of the indigenous varieties Romé and Garnacha, planted in 1940 in Las Viñuelas de Sedella, laminated slate soils, and cultivated in a traditional way, using ancient techniques such as the Roman plow drawn by animals and the manual plow. , the fertilizers they use based on goat and sheep manure from nearby farms, and extracts of nettle, cinnamon, oak and acacia for disease control.

Sedella is also the most personal project of Lauren Rosillo, an innovative winemaker who we already know from her work and advice from other wineries.

It belongs to the emerging D.O. Sierras de Málaga.
