La Canya is an organic, natural, calm, fresh and crisp white wine. Very soft and easy to drink, but also very complete.

La Canya is a natural white wine without designation of origin produced by Oriol Artigas Viticultors, in Llinars del Vallès, northeast of the D.O. Alella, 15 km from Barcelona.

La Canya is a white wine made with Pansa Blanca from different vineyards between 35-80 years old, with soils of white and pink granitic sands and quaternary alluvial terraces with fossils. And altitudes ranging from 100 to 350 meters.

Description:

La Canya is a white wine made with Pansa Blanca from different vineyards between 70 years old, with soils of white and pink granitic sands and quaternary alluvial terraces with fossils. And altitudes ranging from 100 to meters.

The harvest is manual, once in the cellar 80% of the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed, and the rest is macerated with skins for 2 days. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After the fermentation, it rests for 9 months in these same tanks with its fine lees. It is bottled without clarifying, stabilizing, filtering and without adding sulfur.
