Description:

Cosecheros y criadores is a historical term that made the difference between the historical producers of wine for fast consumption and bulk trade (cosecheros) and the wineries that, with the development of 'modern Rioja' in the second half of the 19th century, adopted the Bordeaux model of aging and wine storage (criadores).

Martínez Bujanda family founded in Oyón in 1951 Cosecheros y Criadores, a winery designed from the outset for the export of quality wines and which is currently accepted by the Wines of the Land of Castile and Wines of Spain with variety and vintage .

The winery has modern production facilities and 6,000 American and French oak barrels for the aging of innovative and versatile wines, to cater to the tastes of the most 'classic' consumers and those of the most modern trends.
